Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a physical product?
This is all based on the option you choose and the title of the product. As of the beginning of 2018 we have switch the majority of our products over to being printed by us, and with that said, we are slowly transitioning all of our listings to reflect that. If the title of the listing your are viewing says "Printable" then it is a listing for a digital product. If it does not say "Printable" in the title then that product is strictly a printed product.
What if I want a product in a style you have but it is not listed?
No problem! Just reach out to us on Etsy, social media, or via email at Hello@EnloveOccasions.com and we will work with you to create the product you desire. Just keep in mind there will be a custom item fee based on the complexity of the product(s).
Do your products have actual foil/glitter/(other texture) on them?
Unfortunately, at this time they do not unless it is specifically stated in the listings description. In order to keep prices low for you we have used high resolution digital versions of all textures shown in our products. Please keep in mind that these textures will show up differently based on the type of paper used.
Am I able to cancel or return products?
Unfortunately, since our products are customized to each individual, once you receive your first proof we can no longer offer you a return.
If you would like to cancel an item or get a return, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you on what needs to be done.
What am I able to personalize on your products?
Personalization includes text copy and shown color changes (found in the images if there are any alternatives). It does not include font or design element changes. If you are in need of different sizes or would like to request color changes, it can almost always be accommodated, just ask! There may be additional fees based on the complexity of the requested adjustments.
Will my stationery come out exactly like yours?
Colors appear differently on all monitors and screens and even print differently depending on the printer, quality of paper and printer settings used. To be more assured of how your colors may turn out, please test print your proof.
If you would like suggestions on how to do so, feel free to reach out to us and we will assist.
Do you offer your stationery in any other languages?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make the invitations in different languages. Please do not place an order if you need an invitation in a language other than English. We would love to offer this, but we cannot guarantee to keep the high quality design standards we strive for when we can't read the text.
What if I have more information than what is in the example?
Please try to keep your wording to fit the layout as provided in the sample. Too many words may force us to use a smaller font or make minor design changes. If there is just too much information to fit even after minor changes, then we will contact you and let you know and we will work with you on a possible solution.
What is a proof and how many do I get?
A proof will be a low-resolution JPG of your product with your information in it that we will send to you after a purchase. You will need to review these images and then let us know if you approve of the entered text or if you have any changes that need to be made. You will receive your first proof 1-3 business days after your purchase is approved on Etsy, and the following 2 proofs will come 1-3 days after you respond back to us.
We have set our limit to 3 complimentary proofs. If you still need to make additional changes after the third proof, you will need to purchase extra proofs via this listing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/535611882/additional-proofs-for-enlove-occasions
How long do I have to give my notes on a proof?
If we do not hear from you for 1 whole week (7 days) after our last communication, we will take it that you loved the designs so much that you were speechless and then begin the next step of our process for digital products. If you need changes made after you have already received your final digital files we can work with you if you had any of your 3 complimentary proofs available. If you have used them all, then it will become a case by case situation.
If you have ordered prints from us and have failed to respond, we will NOT continue with the printing process until we hear from you. We will continue to reach out to you periodically for one month and if there is still no response, we will consider your purchase as a donation.
